Sell your electric bike online. We will pick it up directly from your home, even without packaging if you wish. Would you prefer to drop it off yourself? You can also do so at our UpCenter in Mechelen.

After verification at UpCenter, you will receive your payment within 3 to 5 business days. No long waits, no renegotiation.
What are the minimum requirements for selling my electric bike?
We take back the majority of electric-assist bikes in good working order purchased after 2014.
Your bike must be undamaged and roadworthy. It must not show any structural damage (e.g. cracked frame) and you must always have the battery, charger and any keys (battery or frame lock).
Depending on the state of our stocks and the assessment of demand, we may temporarily suspend the trade-in of certain brands or models of EAB.
How is the trade-in price calculated?
Our buy-back price is based on the new value of your bike, its mileage, and market factors such as demand and seasonality for your model. We also factor in our reconditioning costs, so that the future owner can enjoy a bike in perfect condition, with a one-year warranty.
How does shipping work, or can I drop off the bike somewhere?
Collection of your bike by our carrier is free of charge and provided in Belgium by our partner MyHomeDelivery. You also have the option of dropping off your bike directly at our Upcentre in Mechelen.
We offer two options:
- Shipping the bike (with or without packaging):You can choose to ship the bike with packaging (free option) or without packaging (€20 charge). If you choose to ship with packaging, you will need to pack your bike in a cardboard box. Don't worry if you no longer have the original box: you can usually find one for free at your local bike shop.
- Dropping off your bike on site: You can also choose to drop off your bike at our Upcentre in Mechelen. We will then check the bike immediately, in your presence.
How does payment work?
Once you have accepted our offer, we will ask you to enter your bank details (IBAN) securely. Once the bike has been received at our reconditioning center and the arrival inspection has been validated, we will proceed with the payment transfer within 3 to 5 working days.
