Have you just bought or are you planning to buy your future electric bike with Upway ? We'll help you understand your warranties and how best to protect and maintain your bike after purchase.

Warranty in the event of a breakdown

At Upway, all our bikes are inspected and reconditioned by our professional mechanics according to precise specifications. Our aim: to deliver an electric bike in new condition as possible. Your bike will easily tens of thousands of kilometers if you maintain it regularly

How does the legal warranty work?

If an electrical or mechanical breakdown eligible under the warranty occurs during the first year following your purchase, we will take full responsibility for repairing or, failing that, replacing your bike. We'll help you 7 days a week to make an initial diagnosis remotely, then direct you to a local bike shop to draw up an estimate and carry out the repairs.

We work with a wide network of stores and chains, both as part of our VAE trade-in program and warranty. This means you'll be welcomed by a bike shop you can trust.
