How can I pay?
All payments are made directly through our website. Important: If you’d like to buy a bike in-store and take it home right away, please make sure your payment limit is high enough to cover the transaction.
How many bikes can I try?
We’re expecting a large number of visitors. That’s why we ask that you limit your test rides to a maximum of three bikes. Not sure which models to try? Ask our experts on-site for advice.
How can I sell you my bike?
If you’d like to sell us your bike, please start by entering its details here. You’ll then receive an offer that you can accept with no obligation. The bike must be registered in our system before the sale can be finalized.
Next, select the drop-off option at the UpCenter in Mechelen. Bring your bike to our test day, and we’ll take care of the rest!
