Founded in 2021 by Toussaint Wattinne and Stéphane Ficaja, Upway has operations in France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and the United States. With more than 10,000 bikes passed through our workshops, Upway is the leading platform for reconditioned electric bikes at the service of ecomobility.

More than 30 mechanics work in our workshops in Paris, Berlin and New York to ensure that your electric bike is as close to new as possible.

Our tech team ensures that the shopping experience on our site is easy, fast and secure, while offering you a wide range of purchasing methods (credit card, bank transfer, payment in instalments...).
Our marketing team is always on the lookout for the best ways to pack your bike so that it doesn't get damaged in transit, while minimizing the impact of our packaging. So we limit ourselves to what's necessary, and make sure we use sustainable or recycled materials.
