Yes, 100% free. No payment, no deposit, no hidden fees. You only pay if you decide to buy a bike.
Yes, that's exactly the idea. If you see a bike you love, just take it home. Make sure your credit card limit is high enough (at least €3,000), or pay via Bancontact or PayPal. You'll always receive an invoice and all warranty documents.
Our inventory changes regularly. If a specific model is not available, we recommend that you choose a different time slot or contact us at storebe@upway.shop—we'll see what we can do for you.
All bikes at UpCenter are certified through our 50-point inspection. The battery is guaranteed to be at least 80% healthy. You’ll never test a bike that we wouldn’t buy ourselves.
No problem. Just send an email to storebe@upway.shop with your name and your time slot. We ask that you do this at least 24 hours in advance so that other customers can book that time slot.
Each time slot is for one person (2 bikes, 30 min). Are you coming as a pair? Then book two separate time slots or contact us—we'll schedule you at the same time.
Yes. The price you see on upway.be is the same as at the UpCenter. No extra charges, no exceptions. The same certified bike, the same warranty, and the same 14-day return policy.
Yes. Upway with Cyclis, o2o, Joule, and Lease a Bike. If your employer is affiliated with a leasing company, you can finance the bike of your choice through a leasing —even if you tested it at the UpCenter. Ask our staff on site for more information.
First, select your two favorite bikes on this page. Then send us an email or call us using the contact information under “Book Your Free Slot”—be sure to mention the bikes you’ve chosen and your preferred date. We’ll confirm your time slot within one business day. Would you rather just drop by? That’s also possible, but a reservation is the best way to ensure your bikes will be ready.
Request a free online estimate through our website, then bring your bike to the UpCenter in Mechelen. After a quick on-site inspection, you’ll receive a fair price for your bike—and you’ll get a €100 discount if you then purchase an e-bike from Upway.
