1. Fill in the information online

You start online by filling in the details of your Gazelle: model, year of manufacture, mileage, and general condition. Add a few photos and send your request. You will receive a no-obligation offer by email within 48 hours. You then have 14 days to consider the offer.

2. Return the e-bike

If you accept the offer, you have two options for returning the bike to Upway

  • Pickup: a carrier will collect the bike from your home. You can pack it yourself (free of charge) or hand it over without packaging for an additional fee of €20, in which case the carrier will provide the box.
  • Drop-off: You can drop off the bike yourself at an Upcenter in Amsterdam or Mechelen, by appointment. The advantage is that the bike is checked on site with an employee. No packaging or disassembly is necessary.

3. Payment

After a successful check-in (in the case of drop-off) or inspection after receipt (in the case of shipment), payment is initiated. In the case of drop-off, the money is often in your account within 72 hours. In the case of shipment, the process usually takes 3 to 5 business days after receipt.
