1. Fill in the information online

Start by entering your Stromer's details: model, year of manufacture, mileage, and general condition. Add photos and submit your request. You will receive a non-binding offer by email within 48 hours. You then have 14 days to make your decision.

2. Drop off or have the e-bike picked up

If you accept the offer, you have two options for returning the bike to Upway

  • Pickup: a transport partner will collect the bike from your home. You can pack it yourself (free of charge) or hand it over unpacked for a small additional fee (€20); the carrier will then provide the box.
  • Drop-off: you can drop off the bike yourself at an Upcenter, for example in Amsterdam or Mechelen. This is done by appointment. The bike is checked on site with an employee and you don't have to dismantle or pack anything.

3. Payment

After the check at the time of deposit or inspection after shipment, payment is initiated. In the case of hand delivery, the amount is often credited to your account within 72 hours. In the case of shipment, it usually takes 3 to 5 business days after receipt.
