1. Fill in the information online

2. Return the city bike

If you accept the offer, you have two options for returning your bike:

Pickup (home collection): A transport partner will collect the city bike from your home. You can choose to pack it carefully yourself (free of charge) or use the carrier's packing service for a small additional fee (€20).

3. Payment
