Pay in instalments with Alma
Can I pay in instalments?
Payment in instalments is made through our partner Alma and is available for all orders under €5000. You can choose this option at the payment stage. The total amount of your order will then be divided into 2, 3 or 4 equal instalments according to your preference, without any additional charges.
We also offer payment in 10 instalments for a fee corresponding to 3% of the price of the bike: if you choose this option, Alma will ask you for proof of identity and access to your bank account in order to validate the payment. This is a legal requirement for payments in more than 5 instalments.
Why is Alma asking me for my bank details?
Why was my Alma payment request rejected?
There are several reasons why your payment request may have been rejected:
> The total amount of your order exceeds €5000
> Your card does not have the necessary funds and card limit to pay the first instalment.
> Your bank card is no longer valid, or is a prepaid card
Don't hesitate to contact Alma directly by following this link.
