1. What does the extended warranty cover?
This is an extension of the existing warranty to 3 years, with the same coverage as Upway current extended warranty.

- Valid under the same conditions as the current 3-year warranty
2. What does the maintenance service include?

- Labor and parts up to €100 (including VAT)
Not included:

How does the 10% bonus on trade-in value work?
If you trade in your e-bike with Upway 3 years, you will receive an additional 10% on top of the standard trade-in price.
Please note:
- Valid only for returns via Upway
- Accessories are not included.
- The bonus is paid directly by Evy.
How much does the Maintenance & Warranty package cost?
The prize consists of two parts:
