Fiets! the bicycle specialist owned by the Belgian Colruyt Group, has launched its own brand of electric bikes in 2019, called Hiron. Its EABs are aimed at individuals, but also at professionals.

It also offers its VAEs to companies at leasing , to make it easier for employees to get around.

The Hiron 400 model is the perfect city e-bike: it is equipped with a Bosch Active Line motor with 40 Nm of torque located in the crankset, and a 400 Wh Bosch Powerpack battery. Comfortable and manoeuvrable, it is also possible to use it for occasional outings in the countryside. The Hiron 400 offers 4 levels of assistance.

For daily use and longer distances, the electric VTC Hiron 500 is the right model. This upright EAB is powered by a Bosch Active Line Plus motor and a 500 Wh frame-mounted battery. It'll give you a range of up to 120 km! And yet, this top-of-the-range electric bike is sold at new for less than €2,700! Finally, the Hiron 600 is not only the manufacturer's most powerful model, but also the one with the highest battery capacity, at 625 Wh. All Hiron electric bikes come with a luggage rack, and are available in men's and women's versions.
