How to choose your Voltaire used electric bike
Visit Upway for the first Voltaire electric bike, with the model of the same name launching in 2020. This city VAE features Dutch styling and a particularly comfortable high-density foam seat. Its tires is made from renewable and recycled raw materials. Electric assistance is triggered by a torque sensor that is both reactive and precise: the power delivered adapts according to the force you put into your pedals. The Voltaire VAE is equipped with a 250 W motor mounted on the rear hub and a battery offering a range of between 50 and 80 kilometers, rechargeable in 2h30. The Voltaire is equipped with Tektro hydraulic disc brakes, front and rear.
For protect your electric bike from theftVoltaire has also developed a rather effective connected anti-theft system for its ebikes: as soon as your VAE moves or is shaken, it beeps and sends you a notification on your smartphone. The battery is also locked by a small button at the very bottom of the seat tube, requiring the use of a key. While this doesn't prevent the use of a solid anti-theft deviceit's an excellent idea for combating electric bike theft.
